Important Notice: HackShark Final Round Cancellation due to Unacceptable Behavior
Dear Participants of HackShark,
We hope this email finds you well. We are writing to address a serious issue that has come to our attention during the course of the event. It has been brought to our notice that some participants have engaged in the use of abusive language and inappropriate behavior in the discussion tab and email communication .
We would like to remind all participants that HackShark is meant to be a respectful and inclusive space for all individuals to learn, collaborate, and showcase their skills. The use of abusive language and disrespectful behavior not only goes against the principles of our event but also creates an unpleasant and unwelcoming environment for others.
Due to this unacceptable behavior, we regret to inform you that we have decided to cancel the final round of HackShark, which was originally scheduled to take place in offline mode on the campus. The cancellation has been made in the best interest of maintaining a positive and constructive atmosphere for all participants.
We understand that this decision may disappoint many of you who were looking forward to the final round, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, we believe that fostering a culture of mutual respect and professionalism is of utmost importance.
We want to take this opportunity to remind everyone of the importance of maintaining a supportive and respectful environment in all interactions, both online and offline. It is our collective responsibility to ensure that everyone feels safe and valued throughout the event.
