Is there any particular technology that is preferred?

When it comes to developing a web app React is extremely useful in building a nice interface but Python seems a more reasonable technology. Are there any specific technologies that we must use? Does the system need to be compatible with integrations with another application?

    No there is no specific technologies , but you have to implement SMTP to send the automated mails.
